Why don’t I get OOH & AAH newsletter or confirmation emails?
You’ll need to subscribe to newsletter to receive prompt update emails from us so you will always be in the know about special Promotions and sales. You can find this field at bottom of the page and simply submit your valid email address.

If you’ve already signed up for our newsletter and are not receiving it, or if you did not received the confirmation emails after placing an order, please check your “spam” filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mails, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders thus you may need to deactivate these settings.


You can order quickly and easily by following the guidelines below.

# Step 1: Using the Shopping Cart
To add items to your Shopping Bag, simply click on “ADD TO CART” of the item you wish to buy.  You can always remove or change the quantity of items at shopping basket link, click on the bag icon on top right of the page.
#Step 2: Checkout
If you are a returning customer, and have finished adding items to your shopping basket and wants to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your e-mail address (login) and password.
If you are a new customer and have not shop with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your e-mail address (login) and password, before completing the checkout process.
# Step 3: Shipping/Billing Address
We offer reasonable shipping rate. Please refer to SHIPPING & DELIVERY for more information. You can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and country and postcode information. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.
# Step 4: Payment
You will be prompted during the checkout process to select your preferred payment method. For local customers, we offer the simplest way of payment for your convenience, via iPay88. Users can pay safely and securely to via Internet Payment options such as Credit Card, E-Debit or E-Wallet.
International buyers can only pay by PayPal using our secure checkout. Select PayPal as the payment method upon checkout and you’ll ne directed to PayPal website to complete your order. Please take note that any PayPal transfer fees will be fully borned by buyers. The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit card company.
# Step 5: Order Confirmation
Make sure to check that your order information is correct. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click “Place Order.” If you wish to change your order, or any of the information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages.
Once the order is submitted, an Order Received page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you’ll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order.

When I added an item to the shopping bag it was in stock, but at the checkout it was sold out. How can that happen?
Items placed in your shopping cart are not held or reserved for you until you submit your order completely. Our items sell out quickly so if you find something you like we recommend purchasing it quickly!


How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully submitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option “View Order”. This page will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Yes we do!

What are your shipping options, policies, and prices?
We offer shipping at a reasonable rate – including free shipping for qualifying orders. For complete details please refer to our Shipping & Delivery .

How long does it take from the time I order online until my order is sent?
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) after payment has been verified.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

What happens to undelivered parcels?
You will always receive a reminder note if you have a parcel that is undeliverable. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts/in 14 days, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a new postage charge accordingly to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.


Can I return or exchange my online order?
We does not issue any refunds or exchange, as we will check through the garment/s that you ordered before we sent for shipping. Incorrect sizing from purchase will not fall under return policy. Kindly note that OOH & AAH will not held responsible for lost parcels through postage. Refer to Return & Refunds for further information.

I received my order but something is broken/missing. What do I do?

What happens to the information I give you?
O&A respects your privacy. We never sell, rent, or give away your name, email, or address to anyone. All information provided is used exclusively by ooh-n-aah.com.


Where do O&A’s products originated?
All over! We love to source our clothes from all over, because it means we can bring you the best and most unique variety. Most of our products are brought in from Bangkok, Korea and Japan.

How do your sizes work?
Our clothes are cut for a youthful shape. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. Please refer to our Sizing .

Does OOH & AAH have retail stores?
Not at the moment. We enjoy online retail! This allows us to add new merchandise quickly. However we have a showroom located at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. You can pick up your orders or do cosmetic testing here by appointment. Contact us if you would like to visit!

Are your 3CE products authentic? How do I know I am getting authentic 3CE’s products?
OUR PRODUCTS ARE 100% GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC OR YOUR MONEY BACK. All 3CE items we sell are straight from Nanda,Inc in Korea where the cosmetic originated.  We do not sell fake or counterfeit items. Each item comes with original poly bag and tag sticker. We have documents for proof available upon request.
