PRE-ORDER DATES

Our pre-order program allows you early access/reservation to new upcoming Items. By pre-order an item, you’re essentially buying it in advance of it being in stock. You’ll need to place the payment in advance and you just have to wait for it to arrive. We will ship it right to you the moment it does!

Please note that that each pre-order batch has a “arrival time” estimate. This is estimate where we placed with our partner in Korea, estimated arrival time to our office. While we will attempt to fulfil all orders placed within these timelines, delays do occur and these are mainly due to circumstances beyond our control for e.g. delayed deliveries from suppliers or items just arrived in our office. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don’t occur on holidays and weekends.
