RETURN/ECHANGES/REFUND PROCESSING

  1. PLEASE SEND IN AN EMAIL TO OUR ADMIN AT enquiry@ooh-n-aah.com. TOGETHER WITH THIS E-MAIL, PLEASE PROVIDE US YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE REASONS FOR RETURN AND A CLEAR SNAPSHOT IF THE ITEM/S ARE DAMAGED
  2. UPON RECEIVING YOUR REQUEST WE WILL ACCESS THE SITUATION
  3. WE WILL REQUIRE THE GARMENT/PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED TO US TO BE EXAMINED. ID THE ITEM IS CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED AS FAULTY, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED ANY POSTAGE FEES THAT MAY HAVE APPLIED. A RECEIPT FOR THE POSTAGE MUST BE ENCLOSED ELSE NO REFUND WILL ISSUED
  4. IF IT IS DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY WE CAN ONLY EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE  OR COLOR – IF AVAILABLE, NOT OTHER STYLES. IF THE ITEM YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE IS NOT AVAILABLE YOU WILL BE ISSUED A REFUND INSTEAD
  5. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU WILL LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE TO THE ITEM/S THAT YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE. THAT WAY IT WON’T SELL OUT BEFORE THE RETURN PACKAGE GETS BACK TO US
  6. THE RETURN ITEM WILL THEN TAKE 2-14 DAYS DEPENDING ON LOCATION AND REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS

WE WILL ONLY ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

// GARMENTS OR PRODUCTS ARE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS (LOCAL CUSTOMERS) & 14 DAYS (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) UPON ARRIVAL OF PACKAGE.
// COSMETICS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH THE DELIVERY NOTE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNUSED, TAGS OR LABELS ATTACHED
// GARMENTS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED OR ALTERED
// THE RETURNED ITEMS MUST NOT BE SWIMWEAR, JEWELRY OR SALE ITEMS
// INCORRECT SIZING WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED
